Couples

South Fork Park, Provo Canyon | Jessie & Drake

I was so flattered when cute Sarah asked me to mentor her. She accompanied me to a formal session one time and I guess wanted to learn more from me. Wahoo! She is the sweetest! It has been a journey to find out my photography style and what I enjoy photographing the most. I still have my days of not being very confident, but after Sarah asked me, it boosted my confidence a lot. Thank you Sarah!

My sweet friend Jessie and her husband Drake were so nice to model for us. Jessie is drop dead gorgeous! They were so fun to hang out with. And of course, they were the best models! I love how these pictures turned out!

International Peace Gardens, Utah | Ellen & Nate Formals

Ellen and Nate make each other so happy. Ellen could not stop smiling and laughing. It was darling! It was freezing and the two of them would get cozy under the blanket between spots. You wouldn't even know it was so cold in the pictures– they played it well!

K let's talk about her dress now. Isn't it so gorgeous? I love the long lace sleeves and the mermaid cut on her. I also loved her beautiful floral crown and her bouquet. Ellen is a pretty girl! Nate is a lucky man!

Besides it being cold, it was such a fun shoot. Ellen's mom and sister came along and they were so helpful. Her mom came up with a few spots and poses that were fun and her sister was cracking me up! Then Nate started being a goofball which all had us cracking up. It was a blast.

Their wedding is in a couple of weeks and I'm very excited for them!

Provo Center Street | Holly & Daren Engagements

Oh, Holly and Daren. They are so stinking cute together.

We had an adventure taking their engagement pictures. We were on the hunt for blossoms on Provo Center Street and we were also trying to avoid the rain! We got lucky with both..for the most part. Right after shooting over by the Nu Skin building, it starting to rain pretty good. We hid underneath an awning of a store for awhile but got a few great shots. Then went around the corner and it stopped raining. Yay. After that spot, they went and changed and it started raining again. As we were walking to another spot, we happened upon these gorgeous purple blossoms. Holy smokes! They were so pretty. And Holly and Daren were being super cute too, so it made the pics great! Then we walked a little further and found a real gem– pink blossoms and more brick walls. Love! Daren came up with a cute idea of blowing the blossom petals in each other's faces. Love those pics. They really made this session so easy. All they did was relax, talk, laugh, and be themselves. That was exactly what I wanted and it made for the cutest pictures!

So after we finished aka my card was full so it was time to be done, it started pouring! Then it started hailing. We were so wet! It was a fun night with these two!

Can't wait until formals! Loved meeting you guys!
