Provo City Center Temple, UT | Kaitlyn & Alex Wedding

Kaitlyn has been to 2 other weddings that I've photographed and now it's her wedding day and those friends were there to support her. It was such a special day for her and Alex! They got married at the Provo City Center temple for time and all eternity. The day was smoky and hot, but pretty nonetheless. I did feel bad for the guys who were in suits though. The heat has been unreal!

Some of my favorite things from Kaitlyn and Alex's wedding day:

- Kaitlyn's wedding dress from Sweetheart Bridal was amazing! She looked so dang pretty in it. Her bouquet was gorgeous too. Also, I really loved all of the bridesmaid's dresses and the flower girls dresses.

- Before the ceremony, we did a little formal session. It was nice to have that extra non-rushed time with them in the morning and have the pretty light for pics. Plus I got to know them better and that's always my favorite part of finding out how they met and got engaged.

- After family pics at the temple, they did a ring ceremony at the Marriott Hotel and a luncheon. I REALLY loved hearing their vows. They were so dang sweet and cute. They are perfect for each other and make each other so so happy. After they exchanged rings, they danced to a song that Kaitlyn's sister sang. Loved that moment too. Also, Kaitlyn and Alex are so thoughtful. They gave gifts to their parents as a thank you for all they've done for them.

- Their reception was GORGEOUS. It was in Kaitlyn's parents backyard and it looked like a reception right out of pinterest. They had the cutest decor, twinkling lights, the yummiest food items, and beautiful displays. Kaitlyn's sister took her engagement and formal pics in the St. George area and they were seriously so gorgeous!

-Kaitlyn's daddy daughter dance was the most fun one I have ever seen. It was so hilarious! The dancing after was so fun too. It was a party!

So happy for you Kaitlyn and Alex! Congratulations!

Sleepy Ridge Golf Course, UT | Ali & Jessie Wedding

Ali & Jessie are married! It was an exciting day. Ali's dad walked her down to the aisle where Jessie met her with the biggest smile. The officiant gave them a lot of great advice and married them as husband and wife! Wooo!

After they greeted their family and friends as we all walked over to take pictures. The pictures went well. I really loved all the bridesmaids dresses. They had a fun wedding party too! Before the reception, we had a little bit of time to take a golf cart out to take some more pictures. It was such a beautiful day and that golf course is so pretty! Some golfers were nice enough to pause their game so I could grab a few shots of Ali and Jessie.

Next the reception started! Sleepy Ridge is already a gorgeous venue, but man Ali & Jessie's families sure know how to decorate. They have impeccable taste. I loved the gold accents, the photo booth backdrop, the cake...everything! They had Magleby's cater which is always a good idea. They also had a soda bar and fudge and peaches. It was seriously all so good! Jessie and Ali went around and talked to their guests and reunited with good friends. Before they cut their cake, Jessie's little nephew performed a dance just for them. He's so cute! Then they cute their cake and had their first dance! It really was a lovely reception! They had their sparkler send off and are off to go to Disneyland for their honeymoon!

Congratulations Ali & Jessie!
