Wedding

Canterbury Place, Bountiful Utah | Lisa & Brett Wedding

Lisa and Brett changed their plans last minute and decided to get sealed in the Dallas Texas temple before coming to Utah. I am so happy they decided to do that! They came to Utah a couple days later where we did their formal pictures and then they had a luncheon the following day at The Canterbury Place.

It was fun to take pictures of Lisa’s friends as the bridesmaids. Then afterward we took pictures of her family inside because it was SOOOO hot outside. During the luncheon, Lisa and Brett went around to each table to talk to their friends. They are so kind and have many close friends who came to support them. Then they cut the cake and did their bubble send off. It was a great day! I’m so happy for them!

Congratulations Lisa and Brett!

Park City, UT | Kendra & James Wedding

With the pandemic going on, Kendra and James decided to postpone their big beautiful wedding they had planned until next year and elope this year! They found a beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view in Park City that could fit their closest family and friends. When they got there, they found the perfect spot to have the ceremony- it looked like it was meant to have a wedding on this little patio. It was gorgeous!

Kendra’s best friend helped her do her makeup and get ready. And her mom helped her put on her wedding dress. Kendra found this beautiful dress from Lulu’s and is saving her other one for next year. Meanwhile, the boys were in the basement playing pool and getting a quick drink. Before the ceremony started, Kendra’s dad wanted to do a first look. It was so sweet. They both started crying when they saw each other. I love those moments!

Next it was time for the ceremony! James’ good friend, Michael was the officiant. We also went to high school together- small world! He said some beautiful words about the two of them and also about James’ mom who had passed away. It was a very tender moment and lots of tears were shed. James and Kendra exchanged rings and they were pronounced husband and wife! It was a beautiful ceremony! And it was also on Zoom so the rest of their friends and family could watch. We took family and friend pictures and then went around a took bride and groom pictures.

After, they signed their marriage certificate, took a few pictures by the cake, popped the champagne bottle and had a toast! I’m so happy that they could have this day and get married with all that they had to change. Congratulations Kendra and James!
